Diwali The Festival of Light,Not Pollution

Diwali the Festivals of Light, Not The Festivals Of pollution.

India is a country of colors and festivals. It is said that there are seven days in a week but nine festivals. They are a grand joy and happy moments in the life of Indian people. These are the occasions of family gatherings, exchange of greetings and sweets, joys, praying , fasting, and feasting. People visit temples, holy places, worship gods and invoke their favorite festivals come around the year and add colors,  joys, happiness, and a variety of spice to life.
Diwali or Deepawali is one such festival. It is the festival of lights, joys, and pleasure. Children love this festival as they get many gifts, holidays from schools and they are free to enjoy the festival of light with their family and friends. They get new clothes, women make elaborate preparation to celebrate the occasion.
Deepawali falls in the month of Kartik on Amavasya day(Lunar eclipse), mostly comes in the month of November. The harvesting time closes and the crops reach the houses of farmers. After a year of hard work, the crops come as a light in the life of farmers. Diwali is a harvest festival and farmers celebrate it with great pomp and happiness.
There are two Diwalis celebrated on consecutive days; Chaturdashi or Choti Diwali and bari  Diwali followed by Govardhan pooja and Bhai dhooj respectively.  This is the time when people remain busy cleaning and whitewashing their houses and business places. There is hardly any house of a Hindu which is left uncleared on the auspicious occasion of Diwali.
People make rangoli's on their house entrance and decorate their house with lamps, candles, and earthen lamps. We will found lights all around us on this festival.
This significant day marks the return of Lord Rama after his exile of 14 years with Lakshaman and goddess Sita. It is a jubilation of goods victory over evil. On the occasion of their returning the whole Ayodya was decorated with earthen lamps and this festival is celebrated every year in the memory of Lord Rama and goddess Sita.
People exchange sweets, greet each other, exchange gifts, and wish each other to celebrate their happiness. They also burn various types of crackers to celebrate their happiness. Many people play cards and gamble as a traditional ritual to celebrate this festival.
But the real way to celebrate festivals is  not to burn crackers that do not provide any good effect on the environment and people but to  bring light to the life of the people who needs it. Burning crackers is a full wastage of money its better to throw that money in the pond at least it does not cause harm to the environment or causes any health hazard.
In today’s world, there is a lot of pollution and diseases and these crackers bring much of it. Think about the innocent animals who die because of the sound of these crackers and the patients who are suffering from severe diseases. These crackers contain many chemicals and may cause harm to us also. We light our houses with many lights but there are many people who can't afford candles to light their houses.
The real way to celebrate a festival is to bring a smile to the face of others. We should try to minimize the use of crackers and should try to stop other people also from doing this and should encourage the practice of donation. We should donate that money for crackers to the poor beggars who barely need it.
We should not forget that Diwali is the  festival of lights and happiness, not the festivals of noise and pollution.
So, we should try to make safe, secure \green and pollution-free Diwali.

Computers And Their Importance In School Education

Computers And Their Importance In School Education.

The famous quotation “Necessity is the mother of invention”, holds great significance for human civilization.  Whether the invention of wheel or the invention of aircraft all these inventions are by the human to make their life easier and much more comfortable.
Computer, one of the biggest inventions by technology is one such example.
Today we will find computers all over the world. They are used in  every type of work from offices to hospitals, from banks to schools they are found everywhere because they  gives us accurate results in just a matter of seconds, no matter how big the calculation is. We can manage huge amount of databases in a convenient manner with the help of computers. Humans calculation  might get wrong but computer always gives us right results and they are comparatively faster than humans also.
Computer is considered as the harbinger of silent revolution. It has touched every aspect of human life.
In the modern era all the things need to faster and updated and computers are the best way to do any task quickly and efficiently.
Computers are also very useful and important in the field of education. We all know that in our future all the works will be done by computers and other updated technology and the first question which is and will asked in any  interview is that the worker know how to use computers or not. Computers have become a necessity in our life which can’t be neglected. So if computers are our future and the students are our future workers then how they don’t need to know about computers. In today’s era it is a must that students should know how to operate computers.
It also helps the students to know about different things and to apply their brain on different things. Computers are a great source of knowledge for students.
With the help of computers and internet students can connect to the world and get a chance to know about different things, students cannot only listen but can  see practical  related to  any topic with the help of internet and computers.
In today’s era only book knowledge in not enough, students should know about everything and they have to be updated. With the help of computers students could study everything about this world.
Students can also create games, websites many useful software’s with the help of computers and programming.
Today all work need computers but computers need operators to operate them and if the students don’t know how to operate them how will they perform different tasks on it.
Computers are also a great source of globalization as students get to know about different countries, different things. They can also share their knowledge with others with the help of computers and internet.
Today many schools and colleges have their own websites and online portals to execute exams and all these are possible because of computers. We can share large amount of data to other computers through networking, all this helps us to save our time and energy. Today computers are added as an extra subject in students course by this we can know how important computers are in school education.
It is also true that in today’s era students without knowledge and education without computer is impossible.

Travelling as a source of knowledge.

Travelling As A Means Of Education.

In the early days travelling was difficult  and dangerous as in that time there was no trains or aircraft's facilities, but today we can go to any place, any country with the help of various types of transport.
Travelling is also a great source of education. We all take education by books but more than bookish knowledge one should have practical knowledge because books gives us a basic knowledge of anything but travelling gives practical knowledge. When we travel we get to know about different things, different rituals, customs and traditions and many different, new technology. We all know that traditions customs and technology differ from place to place. So, when we travel we get to know about many useful things. Also, we get a practical look to those things.
We know that  different persons have different ways to execute different things . Students must travel now and then to different places to know this spectacular world. Businessmen also travel to acquire knowledge of business technique. It also helps them to establish contacts with their fellow businessmen residing at different place.
People should travel from one place to another for acquiring knowledge and not merely for the sake of pleasure.
We all know this world is a diverse place, we will find diversity in everything from people to technology all the things  differ from place to place, people to people. Travelling helps us to connect globally and promote globalization. We can take many knowledge from other places and can share our knowledge to others also.
In today’s era because of internet we can connect globally from our home. We can see everything practically, but the knowledge we get by seeing anything which is happening in front of us is much more better than the one we get from internet, also travelling makes us social and helps us to understand the world correctly. Students should travel to gain experience which schools and internet fail to impart them.
We know that every technology, ritual, tradition have some history , so when we travel to different places we get to know about different things, we see different styles of arts, it also help us to know about ancient times and our forefathers, their customs and traditions.
So, students must travel to other places because travelling helps the students to keep their mind fresh as well as influence them to search for new  things.
But travelling as a source of knowledge does not mean that one should always travel just for fun. Students should also study their books because they are one of the biggest source of knowledge and the knowledge given by books  and teachers are very precious in a students life. Students life should be full of knowledge and they can get it from anyplace, from anybody. This means that if we travel in our vacations we should try to collect  as much knowledge as we can about that place. We should not always stay in our home and think that books and internet will provide us full knowledge.
So, student should travel to different places in their holidays and should try to gain knowledge about that place history and present.

Barriers To Womens Empowerment In India

Barriers To Womens Empowerment in India

Womens empowerment  is the process in which womens are given the power to prove themselves  in all types of work. But there are  a number of barriers on the way to women empowerment in India also.
We all know that India is a developed, modern country but then also in today’s era there are many restrictions which the women have to obey and there are still many rights which are denied to them.
Womens  are denied on the basis of gender, they are not given as many rights as men. They are seen from ages as doing household chores ,they are still expected to stay in limits and follow the rules defined by the men.
The biggest barrier to this is illiteracy and the cheap and narrow mindset of the people of India who thinks that womens are only food makers and  not business developers. They are appreciated only if they take good care of family, do household chores, cooks food and not when they go office and do hard duty .
Also if a women tries to overcome these barriers  then they are burdened with the household duties as well as the job and are not at all supported by their family .Many find it hard and the only solution left with them is to resign their job. If a man comes after working hours from office they are said to take rest but is a women comes after working hard and long they are supposed to complete their household chores, because of illiteracy also many womens are denied from showing their actual power as they are uneducated.
Today womens empowerment is the need of the hour . We all know that womens are as talented as men and they can be best in any field, there is also a great need of them   for making a country powerful and is must for a country development. So, womens must be empowered and should be given the right to shape up their personal and professional life as men. They should be given the right to be independent and take their decisions independently.
Womens  empowerment is not only denied because of the patriarchal society, but also because of the womens who could clearly understand the problem of other women  does not stand for other women . Not just the men but also the women in our society pull other women down.
Instead of appreciating the women who have tried to overcome these barriers they talk ill about them which is very wrong.
If women will start appreciating other women and help each other our society will become a much better place for women.
If a man comes late night after working , they are seen as hard worker but if a women comes late night they are seen as bad example for the society , this all impede and works as barrier on the way to womens empowerment.
So, we have to change the society view against women, also all the people should be given proper education so that we can break this patriarchal society system.
If women and men will share the same post and end this patriarchal society , then this is the only way how womens can be empowered.
We should not forget that there are many barriers in every good work but to overcome them is the only way to get success. Womens empowerment is difficult but not impossible we just need an educated society who gives men and women equal right.

Co-education.

Co-education

Co-education means the education system where boys and girls  are educated at same class ,same things.

Earlier girls were not allowed to get education, later they were allowed to get some education but separately  and finally today they are given equal education . All the girls and boys are treated equally , providing the same education. There is no discrimination among boys and girls.
In fact co –education is a very good system which help in the development of boys and girls as because of this system girls and boys gets prepared to face each other. It is very helpful for our future also as in our future both boys and girls have to work together in various fields. This results in reduction of their hagetation level.
Students,  espically the girls gets chance to improve their speaking skills. This make them smart and confident to tackle problems.
However earlier co-education system was banned in India also but our national leaders like Raja Ram Mohan Roy fought against these laws and stopped these laws but even today co-education system is banned in some places and many peoples  now also think  that this system is not good as girls and boys cannot study together because they are not equal, but we all see today girls and boys are compteting each other in every field. In fact it is a very good system as many poor countries cannot afford to open separate schools for boys and girls. Today in our country there are a number of  co-ed schools, colleges and universities. We all know that there is a shortage of skilled  teachers in our country but because of co-education this problem can be solved as the same teacher can teach both girls and boys at the same time , this  helps to develop our country’s future.
It makes childrens broad minded, brings a positive attitude of team work. However there are some disciplines and rules that must be followed by the students to make a healthy environment for their studies and we should not forget that doing anything in a right way never proves wrong. So we should never think that co-education is wrong it depend on us that in what way we treat the students and what king of thoughts we fill in their minds .

"Mistakes are the portals of discovery"

Mistakes Are The Portals Of Discovery

Everyone do many mistakes in his/her day-to-day life. No one can say that he/she has not done a single mistake in his life and doing mistake is not wrong but to get depressed by them and repeat them is wrong. Mistakes are the challenge to us to improve , to fight them and to reach our goals.
If we do not do mistake then how do we know that this is the wrong way to complete this task.
Thomas Alva Edison failed 1000 times while inventing bulb but he said that he do not taught a single time he can’t change his mistake to his success but he taught that he get know that he should not repeat that 1000 tricks and should think for another way to reach his goal because every time we do mistakes we get to know about something new.
The Nobel prize winning physicist Niels said that “An expert is a person who has done all the mistakes that he can made to reach his goal”, If anybody thinks that without making a mistake he/she will get the success, then its totally wrong because mistakes are necessary to reach the goal, the  point to success. When we do mistakes all persons smile at us, but when we get success by improving our mistakes everyone reminds us and if we get afraid from mistakes everyone forget us.
We all have only a single life to discover new things but if at the start only we get afraid from doing mistakes how do we get to know about new things.
There are many helpful invention which have occurred mistakenly. So, why there is a need to get afraid from mistakes.
We should always take our mistakes in appositive way and try to take some inspiration from them because many times mistakes  make a path to our success. It totally depend upon us that in what way we take our mistake and how do we think and how do we improve our mistakes because mistakes are done by every person but the foolish never improve those mistakes and the intelligent fins out ways to improve them. As mistakes are the lessons which teaches us the right way to get success. It totally depend upon us in what ways we take our mistakes, if we take it in a positive way then the result will also be positive but if we take it in a negative way the result will also be in negative.

Importance of teachers in our life.

Importance of Teachers in our life.

Teachers are the most precious gift from the god in a student’s
life and teaching is the most influential job in the world.
The word teacher stands for anyone who teaches us some good things or share their knowledge, experience to us making us a good human being in our life.
Everyear we celebrate teachers day on 5th September on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishanan as he was highly dedicated to this profession .So, we celebrate this day everyear to remind him and our great teachers ,to pay respect to them and appreciating them for their work.
The first teacher of a child life is his/her parents as our parents teaches us the basic things which are very important in our life from walking to speaking. They always guides  us the best and right way .
Our teachers not only gives us knowledge but also improves our personality, confidence level and skill, making us a good and honest person in our life.
Teachers are the greatest resource of a country as they educate a coutry's youth and education is the most ipowerful medium of making a country powerful.
A teacher finds different-different ways of teaching technique so that students may attract to their books ,their studies. Teachers are the good conductors of knowledge. But, if a teacher take so many efforts for teaching a student, then it’s the students duty to give them good results.
We should never forget there are only two persons in our life who always guides us in a wright way, our parents and our teachers. That’s why in our country teachers are known as our second parents. Every single work need teachers, not just for studying but for playing to operating computer everything need some guiders to guide us on the right way.
So, teachers are very important part of our life and we should never forget that if a teacher gives us a knowledge of single word also then it cannot be returned to them from any valuable material on this earth.
Like the stairs which help us reach the highest point of a place step by step, our teachers guide us step by step to reach the  highest point of our life.
A good teacher always inspires the student to achieve success, never discriminate one student from other just like our parents who never discriminate their childs from other. All the students are same from other for all the teachers. So, we should never think that if a teacher punishes us the he/she is discriminating us  from other students because they are making us capable to realize our mistakes and making us capable to fought our struggles in our life as they are more experienced and intelligent from us, and they know that our life is full of struggles. If we keep doing mistakes and they will not stop us then that mistakes may come between our success and we must not forget that an outstanding teacher’s  words are always valuable throughout our life. That’s why we say that an average teacher teaches, a good teacher explains but an outstanding teacher always inspires us throughout our life.
When a child comes to this earth he/she is empty. Later on his/her parents add shapes to their life and finally their teachers add colors to the child life.
So, we can say that teachers are the real light of a student life as they light up our whole life by the bulb of their knowledge. So, we should always respect them and should remember their efforts in making us successful in our life by guiding us always the right way.
