Brain Drain

Brain Drain.

    Brain Drain
is  a term refers for the educated or talented people who move away from their own country to have a  higher standard of living or to earn a higher profit because in their country they are not able of earning that mush.
The biggest disadvantage of brain rain is the depletion of talented people from that particular country, which they may need badly, their technological ideas for encouraging the country’s growth . The talent of such people as a result become available to the country where they go. This make a lack of human resource from their own country. Thus, this brain drain or ‘Human flight as it may becomes a treat to the growth of the nation due to lack of skilled people. We turn this as drain of the brain because, it is believed that it make the countries loss their growth rate.
There is a severe effect of brain drain in our country because most of the educated people goes in search of work to the developed nation, due to this our country gets a huge depletion of educated, skilled and talented people. But this is just not a fault of these citizens. Any educated people don’t want to go from their respective nation to any other nation but they had to because their own country cannot fulfill their needs. They feel their education will get wasted if they don't get a perfect job, also whoever do not wants money, other countries offers them the amount of money they deserve and they go there.
Moreover in our country due to corruption, these talented people do not get their perfect job because good jobs are mostly given to those who gives black money or have a contact with a higher posted person.
Sundar pichai the CEO of google,Satya Nadella the chief executive officer of Microsoft and Indra Nooyi the CEO of Pepico. All these peoples have one similarity that they are Indians but if they can became the CEO’s in USA than why not in India. I dare to say but in our country  richer became richer and poorer became poorer excluding some.
Moreover,it is not that only corrupted people are there, honest people are also there and we should not forget that we the  public is only encouraging this. Eveyone wants to become rich but if the richer one will get the jobs only then where do these talented people will go .So, we should cooperate with the government and give chance to those who really deserves it.In our country there are many engineers who are unemployed, only 4% of the engineers are having good jobs 38% of them are not having jobs of their choice and the rest 60% do not have any option leaving their country because those countries offers them a good job, also there is a lack of atmosphere for working for these peoples in there country. However our government is trying to make the work environment for these and also trying to get back these talents and most of them come also but many have settled there and do not want to come here again. But we should try to get back these talents because when they come here they brought many new technologies with them also.
Brain drain is useful for the countries like USA and many other developed nation but not like India because more than 20%of the talented peoples there are Indians. So,we should try to make the environment for working them and also should discourage our next generations to go out for working and try to encourage to develop our own nation.
So, we can say that brain drain is good for some nations while worse for some also. And we must not forget that education is the  key to success not black money so why we encourage corruption rather than  developing our nation.

Man VS Machine

MAN  VS MACHINE

As we all know this is the age of machines. The inventions of different types of machines have completely changed human life. Today nothing is impossible but today humans are totally dependent on machines. But is it worth of worst for our life?
Earlier humans were not having these technologies, they were dependent on themselves only, they do a lot of hard work.
But today we have these new technologies that made our life full of luxuries. In fact today we are successful in making our duplicates(Humanoid  Robots).
But is machines our friends or foe? The development of new technologies day-by-day has made human’s life much more comfortable than earlier.
But is earlier life better than today? Earlier humans do from walking several miles, from plowing their crops to cultivating them. But today because of these new technologies everything has become easier.
Machines do ours without salary. But because of this humans have become extremely lazier and they are totally dependent on machines and because of this humans life us in great danger.
Earlier the life period of a human was 70-80 years but because of these luxuries and their laziness, their life period have depleted to 40-60 years because their bodies, environmental conditions are not suitable. Machines have made humans bodies weak in many ways. Today humans can’t walk for a meter also, they need vehicles to go for a short distance, today humans are not able to tolerate extreme situations, they want all the things comfortable to them.
Moreover, a person can work with a wide range of variety of methods, seeing new, more efficient ways for handling problems. It can come with an infinite idea whereas a machine cannot, it can only do the things which are programmed in them. Through AI machines can also use their brain but that also is programmed by humans.
However we use machines as a labor-saving device, we are also prone to cause unemployment on a large scale. When one machine is used to do the jobs of a number of peoples, naturally many hands will become spare.
So, we can say that machines made our life comfortable but complex. And we should not forget that is the human brain only that created them. So how can a machine more powerful to humans, using a thing is worth and misusing a thing is worst do we should not get completely dependent on machines.

Petroleum"The Black Gold"

Petroleum “The BlackGold".

Petroleum is a word composed with two meanings petro(rock) and olium (oil) which shows that it is a type of rockoil.

Petroleum was formed when organisms living in the sea died and their bodies settled at the bottom of the sea, as more and more sand and clay deposited on them and  because of high pressure, absence of air over millions years ago these organisms slowly changed into petroleum.
Many useful substances are obtained from petroleum. These are termed as petrochemicals. These are used in manufacture of detergents, fibers (polyester,  nylon, acrylic) etc. Hydrogen gas obtained from natural gas is used in the production of fertilizers.
Due to its great commercial values petroleum is known as “Black Gold” and the countries which export these fuels are known as very rich nations like Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Iran etc. Petroleum is a mixture of many constituents in it like Bitumen, Paraffin wax, kerosene, Liquefied Petroleum Gas(LPG), Diesel, Lubricating oil etc.
These all are very useful to us and used in our day-to-day life like LPG and Kerosene is used as fuel for homes and industry, lubrication oil is used for lubrication oil, paraffin wax is used in ointments, candles, Vaseline etc.
We can see that there are so many uses f petroleum. But, due to its increasing use day-by-day the petroleum is depleting from our earth. The latest survey shows that the petroleum is just left to use for 53 years at current production level and we must should not forget that petroleum is one of the most important non-renewable resource because it takes millions of years to form these valuable resources and that type of climate conditions also cannot be regenerated now.
So, we must take several steps to avoid the excessive use of petroleum and should reserve it for our future generations.
As we all know that these fuels also causes air pollution   and the amount of vehicles is increasing day-by-day and this lead our  environment a very bad  effect also, this can cause a great damage to , our life and future generations life also. The excessive use of  petrol and deasel  is a major cause in the depletion of ozone layer.
So, we should try to deplete the excessive use of petroleum as to save it for our future like, we should use CNG gases in place of petroleum as these are comparatively less polluting than petrol and diesel. Infact our government have even banned diesel and petrol vehicles  and suggested to use CNG gases.
Never forget that if our ancestors have saved this black gold that only we are able to use this . So, we should not be greedy and save this for our future generations.

Plastics are non-biodegradable materials.

         Plastics are Non- Biodegradable Materials

Plastics is a material which is produced  from oil by a chemical process and which is used to make objects. It is light  in weight and does not break easily .All plastics are synthetic or semi-synthetic in nature.
Plastics are typically organic polymers of high molecular mass and often contains other substances. Plastics materials are comparatively cheap and easy to handle than other products they are  water and air resistant .The first fully synthetic plastic was Bakelite.
There are mainly two types of plastics that is Thermoplastics and Thermosetting plastics. Thermoplastics can be moulded again after moulding into ones like polythene bags, PVC, Nylon etc whereas thermosetting plastics cannot. Examples of such type of plastics include melamine, polyester resin etc.
In many developed  countries plastics are used for many purposes like for storing food, water and  many other things, they are also used in packing industries goods in huge amount.
But we should must stop the increasing use of plastics in our day-to-day life as they are very harmful to our health as plastics are non-biodegradable materials, they cannot be decomposed, if we throw a plastic bag in our environment it will remain in the environment. It will not be broken by microorganisms, so they are non-biodegradable materials.
Chlorinated plastic can release harmful toxic to the soil , which can mix with groundwater on  surroundings, water sources and the whole ecosystem. This can cause severe diseases to the species who drink this chlorinated water as well as these plastics reduces the yield of the soil too.
If we fire up the plastics, they will release very toxic gases which can cause severe diseases to humans and plants. We throw plastics anywhere on roadside and the innocent animals eat that and get effected by severe diseases or even death.
The throwing of plastics waste into River, Lakes, Ponds, Seas causes pollution and diseases in water which can be dangerous for water animals as they eat these plastics and get ill and may lost their lives.
In a latest survey the reason for a death of an animal was plastic, there was a bunch of plastics inside the animal’s body. But plastics does not only causes damage to humans and animals who lives on land and in water, but it  also causes problems to birds.
So, we should at-least try to reduce the use of plastics in our daily life, like we should use jute bags, steal bottles and containers instead of plastic one.
We should not throw waste plastics and give then to recycle if they can.
We should take our own bags for shopping instead of taking everytime new from shops and should always use the 3R formula.
However, after recycling several new colouring agents and chemicals are added to mould it into another shape. So we should never use that for taking food anytime as they contain harmful substances.

The Way To Cashless India.

THE WAY TO CASHLESS INDIA

Making India as cashless India is one of the biggest project of our Union government started by our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Damodar Das Modi to reduce the market of black money , to curb black money in India’s economy and to stop the use of fake currency, to promote India’s people on safe and secured society, to reduce  the dependency of Indian peoples on cash.
Our government have taken the step of demonetization , the banning of Rs.500 and Rs.1000 notes on 8 November 2016. This was a huge step taken by our government as India is a vast country and this can cause a severe effect on India’s economy. But this method proved successful in making India “a cashless  India “ due to the shortage of currency notes in Banks, ATM’s  the people have to use the cashless method of transactions as it was not possible to fulfill the basic necessities of ones in such a small amount of cash.
Today one- fourth of India’s public is using the cashless method for transactions of money through credit cards, online payments and this method of transactions is comparatively  easier also as we can go anywhere freely without having tension of cash we just need our credit cards or our phones as by phones we can have E-wallets. There are many apps for this like ,BHIM ,Paytm and many other by which we can pay our bills without cash.
There are many advantages of cashless system like, it ensures us an India free of black money as crime started reducing due to the banning of cash and starting of cashless transactions as most of the terrorist activities are funded with the black money, other crimes like bank robbery, burglary are also reducing . It also help our government to make a record on transactions perfectly as all the transactions were done through online  payments or credit cards, this also reduce the transactions of black money to other place and helping our government using this to develop India’s economy and growth.
But if there are so many advantages of this system then there are some disadvantages also like, hacking and cyber theft is very dangerous as hackers can  steal our information and money from anywhere in the world and also many poor peoples in our country do not have bank accounts, however our government is trying to open every individuals’ account and have launched Jhan-Dan scheme to get success in bringing much people in banking system, but although many of the public in our country do not have account because of poverty and lack of education , our government must have to take several steps to solve this problem.
The government have to address many challenges to make Indian peoples ready to do cashless transactions, to make India as cashless India, to invest the Indian public in cashless infrastructure, but this is only possible if we give our full support to this, to convince India’s public to do cashless transaction because cashless India is a free India.

Not only Bollywood the Indian film industry comprises many other woods like Tollywood, Ollywood, Mollywood, Kollywood, Sandalwood  etc based on its place.
Firstly the movies which were made were black and white movies later it turned as colourfull movies.
From 1980s the action era of Indian film industry started, the movies which were meant have drama as well as thrillers in it, but the movies which were meant, showed all the action done by the heros and the heroines were only shown doing glamorous scenes like pole dancing and are shown less powerfull. Importance Of Education

IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATION.

Education is very important in our life. Without education we can do nothing as it enables to use our resources because, to use our resources we need technologies and for  developing technologies we need  brain full of ideas. Education gives us a power to nutrilise our resources properly and  for right purposes. Education is a modification in one's overall personality  through knowledge and an ability to do something better for the world
If we compare ourselves from our  ancestors then we will find out how education have changed our life . Far away we have resources  but we were not able to use them as we don't know how to use them . There has been a lot of changes that have taken place from our past to our present like the inventions of fans, light, refrigerators, improved vehicles and many more...Infact nowadays it is also possible to go to other planets and visit them, and this all is possible just because of education.
Education gives us a power of freedom of thinking, freedom of speech. Today we all are self- independent, but a few years ago we were not free and especially girls were not independent, infact in some places now also girls are not free and are not allowed to get education  rather boys are allowed to get education . People think that giving  education to girls is useless, this  causes  girls to feel week , also because of illiteracy they cannot take their stands. But through education girls get a power to take their own decisions. Because of education they are self independent.
Our government also have  taken many bold steps to give all childrens their 6- 14 years of elementary education. Our government also have given many schemes to promote girls education and because of this today almost boys and  girls are equal. Girls and boys both are working at the same place at the same level because of their education.
Every person have some dream to become something different and respected, some have a dream to became an IAS  officer, IPS officer, some have a dream to become a successful  engineer, doctor ,pilot, etc. Bit all this can be possible through education only. Infact if a person wants to became a sportsperson, dancer, musician ,etc., then  also they also have to take education in their special fields.
Education is just not about learning from books or copies, but also taking good inspiration from our surroundings.
Nowadays education is must for getting good jobs and position.
Education is mainly divided into 3 divisions. Primary education which is the base and which is helpful throughout our life. Secondary education which prepares the path for further study and higher secondary education is the ultimate path for our life.On this our whole life is dependent.

Because of the increasing competition education is also getting difficult day-by-day, So we must have to increase our devotion and work hard to improve ourself mentally.
We should always remember that education is the most powerful tool to change the world, so always promote education and make sure that each one of us get good and proper education.
