Is Internet Limiting Creativity?

Is Internet Limiting Creativity?

Today we are living in the age of technology and knowledge. From children to adults all are using the internet in some or other ways, but is the internet really helping us or making us helpless for ourselves? Is the internet powering our knowledge or limiting our creativity?
Today in the 21st century everything is on the internet. We can get to know about anything to everything with just a single click. But today as the use of the internet is growing so is the misuse of it. Whether it’s about the students’ project or homework we can find everything on the internet very easily. This is helping students in some ways but also hindering their minds to grow creatively and be thoughtful.
Earlier when people meet each other they talk but today they all are busy chatting on the internet. Today people can talk for hours on the internet but not face-to-face even for a minute. Technology has some positive and negative impacts on us.
Today because we can find everything on the internet, we have stopped thinking about some other ways to do a task. However, it is not the case with everyone because there are still many things that are improving and inventing. Moreover, some believe that the internet and technology are helping us and some believe that they can be a threat to society.
Today we are so dependent on the internet that we are not giving ourselves the room to think. Games are important whether it be indoor or outdoor for children for good health but nowadays children stick to their Smartphone’s or computer’s screen and play games for an unlimited time. This obviously is hazardous for their health.

Researchers say, that it is important for us to dream about developing things because it gives us the power to regenerate things. Today all the academic syllabus and homework are easily available on the internet. However, some believe in implementing those and think creatively of their own to do differently while some just copy & paste.
Moreover, it is us who will decide that the internet will help us to enhance our creativity or make it dull. We can get a lot about anything, this helps us make things better by studying or seeing its different perspective.
Many people take the internet as a boon to enhance their knowledge creativity and many people just copy or do useless stuff on the internet. Like there are so many e-books which curious people’s read and they can read it without spending their money on it. The Internet provides students a unique platform to clear their doubts without being in hesitation to ask someone, also they can take lectures and graphical explanations to understand a topic more clearly everywhere and every time. In fact today many students are switching their tuitions to online tuitions as it saves their time and money. The Internet provides students a lot to explore, understand, experiment, and implement.
However there are still many people who are not using the internet how it should be. We can get every type of content on the internet, it depends on us what type of we want.
It has no doubt that the internet has helped us in a number of ways like it has opened so many job platforms for people. People are now able to show their talents living in their homes. Internet helps people to connect to the world digitally. Today no information is far from us. There are many people who take the internet as a creative source and apply their imagination skills to make it more interesting.
Moreover, “This is the age of Knowledge, take the advantage or let the advantage take you.”

Importance of Yoga.

IMPORTANCE OF YOGA.

Image result for yoga day logo

Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word “YUGA” which means to join or unite. Yoga is an art of living that was started nearly six thousand years ago in India. Yoga is just not about doing meditation but stretching our whole body to maintain its physique, also it plays a great role in maintaining one's health. Yoga has served as a boon to cure many health-related problems, also it is great medicine for one's anxiety, and gives happiness and peacefulness to the mind.
Some belief that yoga was started  by Lord Shiva and some believe that it was started by Patanjali but nobody knows who exactly started this, but whom so ever have started this has not only helped his generation but its future generation also. Yoga can be performed by anybody of any age group. The most preferred time to perform yoga is early morning and on a daily basis routine because practicing yoga in the morning gives us positive energy and help to control our tensions and anxiety, making our mind cool to perform our whole day task.
Earlier yoga was an integral part of life but later as time passed people ignored its importance. But to promote yoga and to make people understand its importance our present Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi suggested United Nations General Assembly to declare June 21 as the “International Day of yoga” or world Yoga day in 2014 as this day is the longest day in the northern hemisphere and also had great significance all around the world and this was the first time that the United Nations General Assembly declared 21st June as International Yoga Day only within three months. People gathered all around the world to celebrate this day. In India, it is celebrated almost like a festival and it’s a proud moment for us that our art of yoga has been accepted all over the world.
In today’s era where life is full of unhealthy stuff, hustle, and hustle, yoga is a great way to keep our body fit and healthy and to resuscitate our body, mind and soul by doing exercises.
The first international yoga day was celebrated on June 21, 2015, and, this year is the fifth international day of yoga with the theme Climate Action which will be celebrated in United Nations with yoga gurus.
There are many benefits of yoga-like it gives our body strength, keep away from medicines also, it gives our body the correct posture and makes us more fit but less fatigue. There are many different parts in our body and by doing yoga we can relax them all.
Yoga helps us develop the inner soul. Today we all know as the technologies and our comfort is increasing, the risk of serious diseases is also increasing but yoga has the power to cure them all. There are many different asanas in yoga which can be very helpful for each and every problem of our body. Yoga is a type of exercise that not only makes us physically fit, mentally healthy but also spiritually strong and help us to develop our positive personality.
In today’s world everything needs money but yoga is a thing where we are spending nothing but gaining many things.
The government is trying to promote yoga so as we should because there are still many people who don’t know about this priceless medicine. In fact, not only our government but the governments worldwide are trying and had taken many initiatives to promote yoga, like free yoga classes are organized from time to time, lectures to let people know more about yoga, and involving yoga in education are some of the major steps to promote yoga and to influence more and more people to join it.
We can start yoga anytime because there is never too late to start something good like yoga.
The benefits of yoga are uncountable. Yoga provides us with the essence of calmness in our busy schedules. Our great epics and Vedas also tell us about the importance of yoga. And it is also said that the person who involves yoga in their daily schedule makes their schedule free from going to doctors.
The International Day of Yoga is a very important day to make people understand the importance of yoga in today’s world.  The UN International Day Of Yoga logo also symbolizes peace and harmony. The logo is etched on a white background showing two hands joining together to represent the union of individual consciousness with that of universal consciousness, aiming to symbolize a perfect harmony between mind, soul, and body. Below the human art, there are two pairs of brown and green leave representing the elements of earth and nature. The blue figure represents the element of water and the orange halo represents the elements of fire which is above all the energy. Behind the human figure, a picture of the globe can be seen which aim to represent solidarity and oneness.
Moreover, yoga gives us the strength to grow in our life, so, we should also try to grow it more and more.

THE ROLE OF SCIENCE IN MAKING INDIA.

THE ROLE OF SCIENCE IN MAKING INDIA.

Today science is in every part of our life and the world without science is unimaginable. As science is developing, it is developing the whole world around us, so as India. Science has played a major and vital role in making and developing India. Science has helped India to develop in every field be it agriculture, industrial, pharmaceutical, banking or IT sector.
Almost 70 percent of the population in India is related to agriculture in some or another way but earlier the farming system which was prevalent in India was humdrum. The handwork to gain profit was very much but the result was really not satisfactory. The condition becomes worse when improper rain occurs. One year there was so extreme rainfall that flood occurs, on the other year there was so less rain than drought occurs, all this led to wastage of crops. Many times the condition becomes so worse that the farmers even suicide. These factors create hindrance in the growth of the country. But today as we have advance science technology, the condition is much better. In fact today we have come up with so many advanced techniques that the handwork is less and the output is good, like replacing human labor with machines which are faster and better than us. Proper irrigation systems and technologies to save water have been made. In fact, many states in India have adopted artificial rain techniques to ensure good production of crops proper rain occurs in case.
Today because of our so talented scientists  we are as strong and powerful nations as others. We can go to outer space, research for extraterrestrial lives and all, this is possible because of advancement in science.
Science has also availed people jobs; either in our country or some other parts of the world we can show our talents to develop new scientific discoveries. Science has helped us to look at everything from a better perspective.
We had borrowed some techniques from other parts of the world and implemented it and made some scientific discoveries which had helped all a lot. Our great scientists like Salim Ali, Homi Bhabha, and C.V Raman, etc, have not only helped our country with their great discoveries but the whole world.
Today we have an India which is scientifically improved and technologically advanced. Science has helped us to improve India’s infrastructure, building nations' economy, improving the condition of the import-export market or transport facilities it had helped us everywhere. Today we have improved transport vehicles, fast communication technologies, we can get to know about anything, about anywhere in just a matter of a click. Our doctors can cure severe diseases and save lives too because of improvement in science. Better education can be provided to students. Science has helped us to improve our lifestyle whether it be the use of electrical gas stoves or washing machines etc.
The overall development of India is greatly influenced by science. Science had helped India to reach where it is today and will help it to further develop and be a better place to live.

SECULARISM.

SECULARISM.

Secular means not related to religion and secularism states that the religion should not interfere in any kind of social, political subject meaning that secularism does not allow anyone to make differences on the basis of castes, gender, religion, etc, and its main function is to bring equality for all human beings. In a secular country, there is no right with the government to discriminate against anyone on the basis of their castes and all the persons have the right to follow a religion of their choice, no matter from which religion they belong. Also, the government cannot take any decision to promote or to favor any religion. The government should be neutral and take decisions on the basis of honesty only. With the 42nd Amendment of the constitution of India enacted in 1976, the preamble to the constitution asserted that India is a  secular country as in the past because of the Divide and Rule policy, our country was already almost divided.  and to bring all of us again under one umbrella secularism was the need of the hour. In our past, there was a big valley between the upper castes and the lower castes but as time is changing these valleys are getting low and low day by day. In a country like India which is full of diversity where people belong to different castes, religion, color, and creed secularism had proved to be a boon, and more and more countries who want to be truly democratic are switching their existing form of government with secularism. However, there are still many people who believe that because of secularism their religious sentiment is getting hurt. However, secularism is so far away from any religious belief. It’s one of the biggest reasons is illiteracy as because people are uneducated they start to believe in the old rituals and try to discriminate against people too. So, to promote secularism to its highest level first we have to educate the people. Secularism provides us with so many advantages like fair decision making, right to think as everyone has the right to express their views and feelings. It also brings “UNITY IN DIVERSITY”. To be truly democratic country secularism must be there as all men are born free and their religion cannot decide their future, but they can decide their religion. As time is changing secularism is increasing day-by-day but there are still many discriminatory rules which our society is yet to overcome.

Cloud Computing a Boon to storage.

Cloud Computing a Boon to storage.

In today’s era, everything is on the internet so as storing. Today, as we all are moving from paper works towards the internet, the storage problem is also increasing. But with cloud computing, we can come across this problem.

Cloud computing simply signifies storing and managing a large amount of data over internet by using the internet. As we already know the cloud is a metaphor that is commonly used for the internet, so, cloud computing simply means computing through internet.Cloud computing has served as a boon to business institutions, organization, and local users for storing a large amount of data.Cloud computing provides us some great features like demand on service, broad network access, resource pool, rapid elasticity, major services, and multi tenacity because of which cloud computing is becoming more and more popular every day.

We can store large amounts of data using cloud computing by paying very little also we have easy access to our data. We need not carry many hard disks and pen drives with us. Also, treatment for the loss of data by system crashes will be decreased. For example, if we have saved our contacts on Google drive and if our phone get damaged too then also our contacts will be safe, we just need to enter our passwords and our data will be backed.

Cloud computing provides three different models for the users to work namely Software as a Service(SAAS), Platform as a Service(PASS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS) according to the user's choice.

Cloud computing can be used by anybody not just to store data but also to access software’s that need  high storage and high configuration computers,  we just need high-speed internet connection. For example, if we want to edit our photo we need not download the photo editor app but instead can use the internet to edit our photo or we can compile or interpret our codes using online compilers/interpreters. Even we can  play games that need high configuration computers and storage online.

Also by using cloud computing we can upgrade or degrade our data instantly using internet without disturbing our whole network. Having large data centers for every organization might be difficult, expensive, and less profitable but saving data using cloud computing is easy, profitable, and manageable from any place having internet.

We May brave Human Laws but Cannot Resist Natural Laws.

We May brave Human Laws but Cannot Resist

Natural Laws.

Laws are made for the protection of people, communities, nations, and organizations. Every country, state, the organization has its own laws to protect its citizens and to make peace and harmony. Human laws can ones formed be changed but what about the laws of nature.
We construct dams to conserve water but what about the flow of rivers. Large scale agriculture and regular plantation too can reduce the quality of soil which can reduce the water holding capacity of soil resulting in floods. Humans are considered to develop and destroy the environment. Human curiousness to develop comfort can lead to the destruction of the planet.
Humans are rapidly destroying forests by deforestation and industrialization to develop industries and for their comforts, but what about the loss in oxygen as well as loss of shelter for animals that might kill them.
Today so many plants, animals, and birds have become extinct or are facing the verge of extinction because of temperature changes on our earth and this is because we are cutting so many trees.
We are living in the era of technology and rapid development but also doing rapid destruction. We may develop technologies to make our life easy but when this development will affect our environment so much that no one can survive. Day by day the temperature of the earth is increasing. The Gangotri glaciers have started melting, resulting in a change in the flow of water.
The consequence for breaking human laws is faced by a person only but, when we break natural laws all have to face the innocent too. Human laws can ones formed be changed but natural laws always remain the same and the penalty for breaking that rule is paid by everybody. In the case of human laws, a person can run or bribe the agencies to escape from the punishment but in the case of natural law, this could not happen.
Every natural resource has its own process of regeneration and its own importance, humans have no right to exploit all these natural resources. In the case of natural laws, humans are the cause for it but the consequence for it has to be paid by everyone.
Today the carbon dioxide level in our environment have increased too much that it is resulting in global warming and because of increasing pollution, depletion of the ozone layer is also a major concern. The government has to make laws and sign agreements like the Kyoto protocol to reduce the emission of harmful gases on our earth. Because, if CO2 will increase and O2 will decrease it will automatically become a cause for the destruction of all living beings.
If too much of the area will be deforested or left uncovered it will naturally cause flooding and mudslides.
Everything on this planet has its own importance and if any of them will get disturb, it will break the entire chain. When we break human laws we break some rules but when we break natural laws we destroy our whole ecosystem.
Many human break rules and mine very deep inside the earth for their mutual benefit like for oil rigs or others and hit the rocks making them shift which can result in disasters like earthquakes leading to the destruction of so many lives and properties.
Large scale agriculture and regular plantation too can reduce the quality of soil which can reduce the water holding capacity resulting in floods.
Human may not be the main reason for these disasters to occur or o break natural laws, but are one of the main reasons definitely. We are definitely impacting the earth, and because of it disasters like earthquakes, floods, landslides, tsunamis, and melting of glaciers have occurred.
So, we can clearly see that if we break some human laws we might get a chance to defend our self but if we break natural laws we have to face its destruction. We can definitely brave human laws but cannot resist natural laws if we do not resist against the exploitation against all the natural laws.

Kumbh 2019 in Prayagraj.

KUMBH  2019 IN PRAYAGRAJ

Kumbh means pot. A very famous ad mythological story behind this is about samudra manthan (churning of the ocean).  It is believed that samudra manthan was done by the gods and the demons to obtain the amrita (the pot of immortality). The churning continued and  kamdhenu emerged, the Uccaishrave Jyanta, the son of lord Indra, catching sight of the amrita kalasa or the pot with nectar of immorality snatched it from the hands of God Dhanvantari. Noticing this, Lord Shukaracharya, the guru of demons alerted the demons and chased Jaynta. The nector pot was saved from the demons by God Brihaspati with the help God Sun, his Lord Shani and moon who saved the nector kumbh from getting damaged. However, at the time of fighting this amrita fell at the four places on Earth, namely Ujjain, Haridwar, Nasik and Prayagrag where we celebrate kumbh mela today.
We celebrate this festival after every twelve years because it is believed that the fight for amrita (the drink of immortality) was going for 12 god days. Twelve god days means twelve human years.
Kumbh mela was started by Sankaracharya. However, many believe that Kumbh mela was started before samudra manthan too. Kumbh mela is held after 12 years as “Mahakhumb” and 6 years as “Ardh kumbh.”
With the tag line “Divya Kumbh, Bhavya Kumbh” this year kumbh mela is held after 6 years as “Ardh Kumbh “ in Prayagraj. Kumbh mela is the largest religious gathering in the world and devotees from all over the world come here with their tremendous faith and beliefs. It is believed that more than 15 million devotees will bathe at triveni   sangam, the confluence of the Ganges, the Yamuna, and the third mythical river Saraswati. Kumbh mela this year in Prayagraj is from 15th January  to 4th march.
This year our government had worked a lot to make kumbh mela a memorable fair for the devotees and tourists who visit here and also to attract tourists from all over the world. The city of Prayagraj has developed so much for this purpose. All the walls and bridges have painted, mostly telling the stories from the old culture and myths of India to welcome its tourists. Many roads and flyover have been made and the roads are extended, so that the tourists and public do not get into any trouble and can easily reach their destination.
A temporary city had been made for the purpose of Kumbh and it is the largest temporary city ever made. The area of this city is bigger than many countries. This year many attractive and beautiful spots have been made for the tourists to enjoy. Many food coarts, water purifiers have been installed in the fair along with 5 star Kumbh hotels. For the first time Akshay vatt, and Saraswati kup is open for all the visitors.
This year sanitization is a key point to maintain. More than one lakh toilets along with dustbins are placed to make the area clean. Cameras are also installed to make a proper look around the mela for security purpose, police and other forces are also there to protect and help the public in the mela.
Also, free services are given to the devotees like free eye checkups, health checkups etc, especially to the older citizens.
But the thing which is given the most importance is cleanness. We can really see our government to promote “Swach BharaAbhiyan” in kumbh mela, and it’s our duty to follow this and keep our city and kumbh mela clean.
Kumbh mela 2k19 is working with advance technologies and for the first time Artificial intelligence systems to make all its work easier, faster and more efficient.
To maintain a proper surveillance in the mela the mela is divided into different sectors and many pontoon bridges are made to control the traffic, especially during shahi snans,so that the public can move easily. Lights are installed for the public to move in the night and a lot more preparations for the public and tourists.
We can surely say that kumbh 2k19 is the best mela of Prayagraj in the history.
