Importance of Financial Education in India.

Importance of Financial Education in India.

India has evolved to be a business capital in recent times. The business industry is the largest growing industry in recent time. India has the potential in this sector in the coming future; however, only a few businesses grow despite the potential. Not only about this sector, our youths, adults everybody find it difficult to manage their money. The real question is why it is so?
Half of the population in India is still illiterate, however,  much more are financially uneducated. To understand this let us understand what financial education is all about. Financial literacy is all about managing our expenses with proper planning and investing in sources so that we can get maximum profit with minimum risks. However, it deals with a much wider concept.
The Indian education system may be good, but it lacks in teaching students the importance of money management skills. Even at home, this topic is quite necleted. People think that children should not be discussed with money matters, however, it is totally wrong. The world is changing and so should we. Money management skill is a necessary skill in today's life and must to thought to each of us, not only to the students pursuing this subject. At least at the basic level so that we can take our small decisions effectively.
Children should be taught about the importance of financial independence and money management so that they can be benefitted from it. For example, many people simply invest their salary for their desires despite making a note on other important expenditures. Hence they find themselves in trouble, on the other hand, if a person knows the importance of this, he/she will surely make a list of their necessities and then invest in their desire. This is what we lag, we don't know what and where to invest Also, a big gap could be seen in terms of female and male financial literacy. Females are still seen as homemakers, hence they have highly disregarded these terms. Even parents are seen to be biased, they expect their sons to contribute more than daughters creating a mind that females are born to be financially dependent. However this situation is changing over time, still only few women have their own account and are financially independent, and know-how and where to invest their money. What will give them profit in the future or what companies share they should invest in and more? This gap is not only present in India, but all around the world. Thus, to bridge this gap we need to teach our youth the importance of financial literacy and give them practical knowledge about it. "We need to literate ourselves not only grammatically, but monetarily too."

Are we really developed?

                                                     Are we really developed?

Our first home is our mother Earth. True, but what about our duties towards it. No doubt we are fully relied on it. No matter how much we earn to live a healthy life, we need healthy surroundings for being healthy. Today we have become so greedy, that we are limitlessly showing this to our mother earth. The one which has given us the shelter to live, we exploit its resources to the extreme. We are killing flora and faunas both land and aquatic, recklessly utilizing nature's bounty.
However, the question is how can we protect it? As the children of this earth, we have certain duties, which we should abide by no matter what. It's not only the duty of an environmentalist to protect the environment, but all of us. And to perform this we don't really need to launch big campaigns, instead, take few simple solution-oriented steps. Like we can try minimizing our plastic wastes. Try to plant small plants  and trees. Also as we are heading towards technological development, we can reduce our paper dependency and use cloud memory to save our notes. This will not only save paper but will be convenient to manage. We can try to make reservoirs for untreated water from factories and then process it further into clean water, which can again be used in some industrial work, rather than saving a little money to discharge it, untreated in any water body. We may not realize but it is our mistakes only whose after-effects we face. These all solutions might be ages old, but the real question is are we actually trying to follow them? Problems may be many but solutions are also within our reach, we just need a static mind, heart to take an oath to solve these rather than blaming each other. We need to understand that as long as we are destroying our environment, the earth ,we cannot call ourselves developed . Thus, trying to take few steps by each one of us can really be a boon for all of us. We have to question ourselves the solution before creating a problem that will affect each of us.

Data- The biggest wealth.

                         Data-The biggest wealth.

We are living in the  21st century where everything is internet-based. In such a time when we are using it for almost everything, we need to ask a question that what is the biggest wealth for us? Perhaps gold and diamond are tangible, but what about intangible resources. We agree or not, the biggest wealth of our time is our data. Yes, raw information of facts and figures is our biggest wealth. But why?   To answer this question we need to ask another question. What exactly we can do with this?
MNC pays millions of dollars to protect its customer's data, but why?
Nowadays as we all know all our things are digitally connected with each other. It is not even a minute deal to get sensitive information about one from their phone number. We can trace the exact location of a person, know where the number is used, and can try to hack one. Even today most people are not aware of these frauds and hence it becomes easy for hackers to perform social engineering-type crimes. They can see one's personal photos, videos or can even trigger you to open a link that can directly give them access to your personal credit, debit card details. They can read your WhatsApp messages. All these from only a phone number.
We have a thousand other sources to gain some information. From a single IP address, we can get tons of information like country, city, place of a person. Open ports from where we can get access inside its system to gain other sensitive information. Most of us do online transactions but how many of us know how it works. No matter how popular a site is, there is always a potential for it to be exploited. Thus we need to understand what access we are giving them in our phone, is that secure, in how many ways that chunk of information can be used to gain some severe information, and so on. Normal people don't know the severity of cyberattacks and how important their data is and often fall prey to cybercrimes. Data is a source we can give attackers access to your bank. Not only this, they can use it to blackmail you for some sensitive information like MMS leaks or some personal messages. However, there are government helpline numbers to complain about these scams, many times it leads to serious issues. Thus we, as active citizens need to create awareness for cyber threats, their impact, and the importance of our smallest chunk of data.  India is still a developing country with many of its citizens lacking internet skills. In this situation it becomes easy for attackers to target you no matter who you are an ordinary citizen or an extraordinary person, the potential risk to get scammed is always the same. Thus, creating the importance of our data, how the system works can really help us.

Hope for a better India.

                                  Hope for a better India.

With the ongoing pandemic of covid-19, all the countries around are facing a major challenge, however, the developing countries like India are more into trouble. We are no doubt developing each day but illiteracy, poverty, and corruption are still our top challenges.
On one hand, the digital market has. shown a boost, on the other hand, the lockdown has proved to be a prison for poors. They are dying of hunger. Many factories have faced losses and hence have to be shut resulting in unemployment. The daily wage earners are not having any medium to earn. The government, NGOs, and peoples are undoubtedly trying to help them, but at some point, they fail. People are not aware of all the schemes. Hence, the worst hit of this pandemic is these people.

However, on the one hand, corruption is still a major problem for all, some people, communities have actually tried to help the public with what they can. People are not only suffering monetarily but physically, emotionally, mentally too.
However, despite all other odds we have to learn and follow some principles to make India a better India.
Poverty has always been a major challenge for India; however, we need to start from the root cause to reduce this. We need to educate people. Not only the book education but the real education to deal with the practical world. We need to promote its infrastructural development and show our transitions to the world and prove that our culture is still there. We can help people to get vocational training so that they can be self-reliant at these times. We need to promote other stuff too besides education so that children can choose their career besides studies, if not interested in it. India is a huge market, however mainly occupied by foreign companies.  India needs to promote startups at the root level so that even a  village person can open his own place. If a minimum factory or small company can give employment to at least 10 people, the underemployment, poverty ratio will decline thoroughly.
No doubt, the internet has opened a lot of business opportunities for us, however, it has proved to be a negative sign for some. Many peoples have lost their jobs due to the boycott of manual work in their workplaces. We need to find solutions for all these, need to generate employment, promote skill development and try to make our students financially independent after a certain age, so that they themselves can pay their fees and be independent. This will not only decrease their burden on their families but will also boost their confidence.
To end with, India is an agrarian economy, so we need to train our farmers to cope with the upcoming trends. We need to develop new technologies to have healthy harvests.
All the above things might seem to be a challenge for India, however accepting these challenges we can challenge the world with a better India which will be self-reliant.

Challenges to the world economy in 2020.

Challenges to the world economy in 2020.

World economy has always been a sign of development in human society.  Globalization and economic trades can be traced as early as 13th century. We may not have shown a trance towards it, but human societies have started to develop world economies.
Human societies have had always been interconnected with each other and just like other stuffs, diseases and  pandemics also spread from one place to another.
Today in the 21st century we may consider us developed in terms of technologies, but its true that we are yet not advanced to fight an pandemic.
Many events consistently   happen which depress one country’s economy, but today we are facing a situation where every country is forced to lockdown themselves. People are forced to stay in their houses and shut their works and business.  No doubtly, this has depressed most nations’ economy.  Even the nation’s like USA who have the title to be one of the most powerful nation is not able to cope up with the situation.
Covid -19 have surely forced the world into a huge depression. The world bank recent estimates shows that the world’s economy is expected to shrink over 3.2% in 2020, while U.S  economy  to reduce by 6% and European countries to about  9.11%.
The whole world and people are suffering but, some are suffering the worst.  Recent estimate shows that the worst impact of COVID- 19 will be faced by poor countries, and poor peoples.  Lockdown have forced 60% of the people to extreme poverty. This population depends on daily wages, and these are the one who mainly work in unorganized sectors. But even the workers in organized sectors have to face job losses, depleting their living conditions.  Hunger and starvation have always been there in our society, but this pandemic   have no doubtly rose them to its peak.
Many of the big multinational companies even have to take loans or have to sell their shares to  pay their employees . And, hence these all conditions have shaken the world economy to its roots.
However, governments all over the world  are trying their best to cope up with present situation and  provide its people the basic needs  for their livelihood. Many countries have however opened their lockdowns  seeing better conditions with people following certain rules maintain social distancing and working  to raise up production of its country.
No-doubtly, Covid-19 has affected 2020 worsly and will always we remembered to us  as a depressing year in coming years affecting world’s , countries , and individual economy terribly, but we need to fight against this deadly disease together and  because “THERE IS ALWAYS A SHINGING SUN  AHEAD BEHIIND  THE DARKEST NIGHTS”.  2020 may be a year for the world economy with fulls of challenges but , after this our countries and world economy will definitely rise and come back to its original position.

DIGITAL WORLD “THE EMERGENCE OF A NEW ERA”

DIGITAL WORLD “THE EMERGENCE OF A NEW ERA”

Centuries back when human life evolved on earth we didn’t knew about different places. Later as the time passed the movement and globalization of people also started. In fact it is as early as 14th century. People started discovering new traditions, places and many more interesting things. People started developing new technologies to connect different parts of the world. And today, as the time is passing we are forwarding out steps towards a more globalized, more connected, faster era “The Digital Era”.
In a last few decades we have seen a tremendous increase in the growth of internet evolving many digital platforms for people. In fact because of its great advantages even governments all over the world are trying to promote a digital world while many developed country have successfully evolved a country which is no less than a virtual world.
But, Since the evolution of internet and the growth of digital world, there have been many debates about the importance of digital world. On one hand some people says that digital world will be the end of real life of the people, while on the other hand, some says that digital era will emerge a totally new society where everything will be completed in a fraction of seconds. Perhaps it’s true, that digital world might bring some difficulties but its emergence wills boon every sphere of life.
Digital world is not only limited to using software’s for payment, online studying or sharing post, and connecting with people virtually,  and not in reality but it is much more deeper than this. Digital world actually mean  using digital techniques to promote human’s security, life and time
In fact in the last few decades digital marketing, studying, banking have shown a tremendous growth, which ultimately had helped to raise the productivity of a country. And today as we are living in the 21st century digital world has evolved as a new definition of globalization. Today everything is on internet which have helped us saving our time. Sitting on the couch of our home, today we can do so many tasks through internet. We can get to know about different parts of the worlds without going there. This can indeed be seen as a new phase of life.
Moreover, going through the situation world is facing today, which have forced people all over the world to be inside their home. Internet has actually helped people to utilize their time trough digitalization. Today where most of the things are shutdown, digital world served as a connector to link the entire world together. Today during the lock-down's too, if students are able to continue their studies, people are able to see each other, companies which are able to increase their productivity it’s only because of the internet. Today even the one who was against a digital world is forced to accept this digital scenario because of our increasing dependency on it.

CYBER BULLYING.

CYBER BULLYING.

Today in the 21st century as we are going deeper and deeper in this cyber world the insecurity to be safe is also increasing. Today, no doubt most of the people around us are using the internet for some of the other purposes. From children to adults all are taking its benefits. It provides us a source of entertainment, knowledge, fiction. But, today as more and more people are joining it, more and more crimes are emerging. In fact, today cyber bullying has become one of the most common crimes taking place over the internet.
Cyber Bulling is an offensive term which means harassing people through internet by passing mean comments about them, sending them vulgar memes, images or even blackmailing them.
Today, this offensive crime has reached its peak, no doubt that people today are more insecure in this virtual world more than real. Recent estimates show that today we can find one of every four people who is suffering from this dilemma. Not only adults but even our youth and teenagers are facing this dilemma.
We all use social media and see tons of mean comments which are directly or indirectly bullying us but, we all ignore it because those comments may not directly target us. Not only males but even females are involved in bullying people. But, we have to understand that cyberbullying can even lead to severe depressions and even force people to commit suicides.
It’s not wrong to say in this century that one of the most precious gems that we have is our data, because today a single data can be a reason for reviling someone’s history.
People post so many personal things on their social media without even realizing that it can be used to bully them. Perhaps posting things are not bad but we have to be concise of what we are posting.
Many times people ignore the person who is bullying them so that they can stop, at times it may work but many times when it does not happens we should not be tensed to inform about it. Because of our patriarchal society many times when people bully someone especially girls they don’t take any actions against this, which leads Buller's freedom to bully more people. But we have to understand that bullying others is offensive not taking actions against them.
In our country India our constitution contains strict laws to punish this crime like heavy fines, imprisonment.
To prevent cyber bullying it’s our duty to take strict actions against it, immediately if someone is bullying us. We should tell about it to our elders and report about this to the cyber cell. We should never keep quiet if someone is trying to bully us or someone we know. And we must not try to bully others.

Internet Censorship-"Boon or Bane".

Internet Censorship-"Boon or Bane".

Today, as we are living in the 21st century, we are living in the era of internet. From adults, youths to children everyone is using the internet in some or other ways. Today, it’s not wrong to say that the internet has proved itself a boon for people all around the world.  It has provided job platforms for the youth, given them a chance to show up their talents globally without going anywhere. It has especially helped students to get more visual and free education anytime, anywhere. It has helped different countries, cultures to connect globally.
Perhaps, seeing this we might say that the internet does not have any disadvantages. But, it’s not true, everything has some advantages and some disadvantages and the internet too have,  that’s why there are many countries where the internet has been censored partially like China, Pakistan.
Internet censorship is the process by which the government can partially or fully ban some contents on the internet to be viewed by the public. Today, internet censorship can be seen in many countries of the world.
In India, many people believe that internet censorship is wrong as it may violate our the fundamental right of speech and expression, while many think that internet censorship is a very good step which should strictly be taken and followed in our country.
Perhaps, internet censorship has many advantages as there are many sites on the internet which are unauthorized and show illegal content to the public especially which can divert children's mind and involve them into illegal practices. There are many sites that show bold content which should not be shown to children.  We must not forget about the dark web which should not be used by children. There are many sites that show fake content and which may robber its users. So to avoid all this, internet censorship is needed.
However, just like other things internet censorship also has its disadvantages like many times the government may censor some site which may not be illegal but because they may be of other countries, especially with the non-democratic governments.
However, it also has to be ensured that no authorized or helpful sites get banned. For this, our government can state certain principles and rules which should be followed by every site and digital platform. And every site should abide by those rules and the sites which violate them should be censored only.

MAN VS NATURE.

                                   MAN VS NATURE.

Man is one of the very core of part of nature. Almost everything which we consume directly or indirectly comes from nature.
Nature includes all the plants, animals along with abiotic components. Human beings are fully dependent on nature whether, for their livelihood, comforts or food, it all comes from nature. Our earth is known as a unique planet as it the only planet known which has essential conditions for the survival of life. It receives an educate amount of sunlight because of its distance from the sun. If our earth was just a little far or near to the sun, then it might face extreme heat or cold, uneven for human survival too.
But today, in the 21st century as we are heading towards a technologically advanced society full of comforts we are also degrading the quality of nature. A sudden increase in the number of vehicles has resulted in an increase in pollution and hence, a rise in the earth’s temperature and the greenhouse effect. Today the glaciers have started melting at a much faster rate which has resulted in the threat to floods. As we know many countries on this earth lie on lowlands, floods can be the sign for their disappearance. Moreover today the rains, which are considered so good for nature, have turned into acid rains.
Today due to increase in population and overutilization of resources has become a very common practice. We are continuously degrading the quality of air, water food and every natural resource around us. The main cause of degradation in the quality of nature is humans only, but its consequences will be faced by every living organism.
Today more then half of the green cover from our earth has been cleared to set up industries, homes. Humans are continuously clearing the forests cover for space but what about oxygen. As the population is growing the demand for air, water and soil are also increasing so it’s become even more difficult for humans to make a balance between everything.
Population growth needs to be controlled but we are unable to do so. Many times we go to forests and leave our lighters which results in the loss of our green cover. Moreover, the homes for animals, birds, and insects are also reducing which forces them to come between us. This is both harmful to them and us.
The animals which are part of our natural cycle are also killed by humans. But we should not forget that in this natural world everything is interconnected and if one will get affected, others will also pay.
Today the quality of nature have degraded so much that we are not able to breathe fresh air, drink clean water and eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Moreover, our government may have taken steps to improve its quality but due to lack of proper implementation, the quality of nature is continuously degrading.
We should not forget that when nature shows its anger, no man can calm it. So, humans might win the race with nature, but ultimately they will lose only.

Automation Everywhere.

Automation Everywhere.

Today as we are heading toward an era of technology, we are also moving towards an era of automation.
Automation can be defined as a process of making machines with less human assistance and more electronic assistance.
Earlier humans have to change the gears of the car or have to switch off the geezers, but today we have successfully turned them automatic. Not only this, we have successfully turned a lot of things fully automatic.

Machines have always helped humans, and with automation, it can help a lot. Automation is only possible when we inter-relate all branches of engineering whether it is mechanical, computer or electrical science.  Automation has made our tasks really easy and faster whether it be searching using voice notes or using the automatic assistant.
In the past few years, automation can be seen to emerge at a much faster rate and in the coming years, there is no doubt that it will grow more. Now the question arises that what are its advantages or disadvantages?

Well, automation has a lot of advantages like it can make our tasks done at a much faster rate. Humans might get tired and commit mistakes but a machine can never, it only commits a mistake when provided with incorrect data or instruction. Automatic machines can work as much and as long as we want. It might not be possible for a human to work in every type of environment but machines can do those tasks without any harm. If a factory has installed automatic machines and bots then no doubt that the factory will produce more. Machines can do as many tasks as we do in less than half the time we take. But this is where its disadvantage comes. Today in most parts of the world unemployment has been spread like a termite and it might increase if we will move towards automation everywhere. In fact, there are many humans who think that if we will promote automation then it might harm human existence as well.
But we have to understand that machines can never replace humans because they always need our instruction to perform their tasks. Moreover, if automatic work will reduce human interference, it will also increase a country’s production rate increasing its income and hence giving its people better living standards.

Literature-: “The Art of Expressing Words”.

Literature-: “The Art of Expressing Words”.

Earlier when human civilization developed humans didn't know how to read and write. They used to express their views, happenings through pictures, later on, humans learned how to read and write. Gradually new words developed and humans learned literature.
Literature is a word that is derived from the Latin word “literal” meaning “letters”. Putting words in a paper doesn’t mean literature; rather it is something beyond this. It is the work of art, words of imagination, and creativity putting together to express our feelings beautifully.
The one of the greatest poets of all time “William Shakespeare” describes literature as; “Literature is a comprehensive essence of the intellectual life of the nation”
Some peoples have hobbies to read literature while some have hobbies to write it. Different regions, peoples have different styles of expressing their views,  hence different places have different styles of literature. Literature also changes from time to time like the work of William Wordsworth( 1790-1850) is totally different from William Shakespeare(1564-1616).
Literature includes fiction, imagination, thriller, funny stories, novels, poems, essays, paragraphs, and much more. It describes the society, believes, people of a particular place and time. It helps in globalization as we get to learn about different traditions.
Literature teaches us lessons, values like our great epics Ramayana, Mahabharata, Quran, etc, gives everyone the best life lessons and ideas to develop new things by taking inspiration from them. It makes us understand the world in better means. Literature gives us the ability to think from a different perspective and take correct decisions. Sometimes when we are sad, reading can make us happy. It can be a boon to distress ourselves. In fact, every age group should read because it can give us solutions to tackle problems. Literature improves our vocabulary, we may not realize that but when we read different types of literature, we learn different types of words in an easy way.
There are as many types of books as we have peoples on earth and everyone can choose books according to their suitable moods. It is true that a good book can make a person happy when alone, feel confident when in public and different when in-crowd.

Today, we might be moving to an era of technique, but literature is as important as it was earlier. Everyone’s choice to read is different, some like to read romantic literature, some like to read fantasy, thriller, relatable literature whereas some like to read real. It's absolutely true, that “Human life may end, but literature never ends.”

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT “NEED FOR THE PRESENT TO PRESERVE FOR THE FUTURE.

SUSTAINABLE   DEVELOPMENT “NEED
FOR THE PRESENT TO PRESERVE FOR THE
FUTURE.

Today in the 21st century, we are living in a world where we are continuously creating and developing things by using and exploiting our natural resources. But what about our future generation. Recent surveys show that because of the increasing pollution and greenhouse effect, the ozone layer is depleting day by day and thus creating more and more health hazards for us and our future generations. Many surveys also say that if we go on exploiting our natural resources at this rate then it might end up in the coming few years. That is why it's even more important for us to conserve our non-renewable resources for our future generation. We should not forget that we are exploiting these resources because our ancestors had saved for us. Sustainable development is a term that means using resources in such a way that the present generation can fulfill their needs by not depleting the quality of resources for our future generation. Today sustainable development has become the need of the hour because today as we are heading toward a developed, luxurious environment, our natural resources are depleting whether it be in agriculture, industries, or any other sector. Today we are recklessly cutting trees to develop industries, luxurious materials for our comfort, and advanced vehicles which have degraded the environmental condition so much that our future generation can’t breathe properly. As India is an agricultural country where 70% of the population depends on agriculture, the quality of soil is depleting every day. As in order to produce more output we recklessly use so many fertilizers that harm our soil to a great extent. In all this sustainable development is a must, we can do this by using manures instead of fertilizers as it retains the soil quality making it preserved for our future generation. There are many projects which are going worldwide to increase sustainable development. It's not only the duty of the developed nation to try to reduce the overexploitation of these resources, but for every developing country, individual person to save non-renewable resources. We can develop our resources sustainably by following some basic steps like we can use solar energy, hydroelectricity, and wind instead of coal, diesel, and other fossil fuels to run industries, we can switch to CNG vehicles. Sustainable development should be thought to students at an early age and we should try to do afforestation as much as we can. We can follow the 4 R principle that is "to Reduce, to Reuse, to Recycle and Recover"all our kinds of stuff

ROLE OF STUDENTS IN NATION DEVELOPMENT.

ROLE OF STUDENTS IN NATION DEVELOPMENT.

“Give me the students and I will change the nation” is a truly right line said by a great person as children are one of the most precious, valuable, beautiful, intelligent things which the god had ever created. And when these children study they become the most valuable resource for the whole country. A country depends on its youth, its students because they are the ones who will rule the world tomorrow. Students are an asset for a country not just because they will make a country productive but also because they will make the country a better place to live.
Nation-building is a process to build a nation in all respects of life. A nation is not only wealthy only when it has money but when it has a better environment to live in, a better place to study, and a better place to develop and explore ideas.
Students are said to be the most innocent persons because they don’t care about religion, caste, they just know to be happy with each other and that’s what we need to build up a nation and inter relation’s with each other. When students study and see bad things happening in society they try to stop such things and we should try to encourage these nationalist feelings in them.
The education in school today will be the government tomorrow. The students of today will be the scientists, doctors, engineers, businessmen of tomorrow, so it’s even more important for them to learn good things today.
In a country like India where illiteracy has spread like a termite as over 90% of the villages are illiterate, it's fortunate for us to have a 60% population of youths and students. As in the coming years, they can do a lot to develop their country. They can encourage peoples to educate their families, they can tell about the liabilities because of the increasing population and ways to reduce it. They can work with NGOs to provide basic necessities to the poorest of the poor, they can help to remove corruption, the biggest danger to our democratic society.
Girls can prove their power over boys by taking strict actions against rapes, by showing their potential in all fields and changing people’s view for them.
Students can help in erasing superstitions from our society by making people understand the science and logic behind everything. They can help a country to progress in the field of science, aeromedical, computers, space researches by their innovative ideas. They can educate poor children and can question the old techniques and suggest a new one.
Hence, it has no doubt that students play an immensely important role in a nation's development. And it is the duty of every student to fulfill these duties.

FAKE NEWS AND ITS EFFECTS.

FAKE NEWS AND ITS EFFECTS.

Today in the 21st century as the internet is flooded with useful information, it is equally flooded with fake news. Abraham Lincoln once truly said “Don’t believe everything you read on the internet just because there is a picture with a quote next to it”
Fake news has always been a disadvantage in this era of globalization. Fake news is rumors which are created by the public or by print media to increase traffic on their site or just for the sake of fun. But people forget that such types of news can create disunity and disharmony among people.
India is a diverse country that is known for its brotherhood and unity in integrity, but such fake news tries to break this united chain.
Today it is not wrong to say that 50% of the news which we go through every day is fake news. It is very often seen that print and public media spread fake news about some famous personalities or companies to get the traffic diverted on their sites.
Today everyone is on one or other social media and these are where fake news is circulated the most. People start forwarding such types of news knowingly or unknowingly and become a part of this rumors chain. Many hackers try to hack popular sites and then post fake rumors on those sites. Today as the number of news and articles readers on the internet is increasing, the links to copied popular sites that spread fake news are also increasing.

It is not only in India, fake news has flooded the internet all over the world. During the time of elections, fake news is circulated the most and hence works as a threat to democracies all over the world. The main aim of such sites is to spread propaganda which can lead to arguments among people.
But it is not only that fake news is circulated to create disharmony and disunity, many a time government  spread such news to save its public too
.
Moreover, to stop the circulation of fake news we should be aware of such scams. Before believing in any news which can create havoc in public we should search for it and get confirmed. Not only this, we should try not to forward such news on social media sites and should request others not to do such tasks. We should report to our government agencies about such fake websites and should appeal to take immediate action.

CYBER SECURITY- “A NECESSITY IN TODAY’S ERA”.

CYBER SECURITY- “A NECESSITY IN TODAY’S ERA”.

Today, in the 21st century everything is on the internet. We can get to know about anyone to everyone from the internet.  But what about its security?
It is right to say that today we are living in a cyber world where more than physical security cybersecurity is needed.
We may save our pieces of jewelry and documents by keeping them in lockups, but what about the information on the internet.
Today there are so many social networking platforms where people socialize, post their photos. In fact, it has become a status symbol to post such information and photos on the internet nowadays.
Cybercrime is the crime that is committed on the internet by using users’ confidential information from various media platform for any illegal purpose and cyber security is protecting our systems, mobiles, and us from such crimes.
In the last few years the rate of cybercrimes has increased tremendously and it's mainly the reason for is lack of awareness and knowledge among people.
Cyberspace is good but we should always remember to take the necessary steps to protect our data because prevention is always better than cure. We should know when and what details we should post on the internet.
Today as the globalization is increasing so as our relations and contacts with other people, whom we had never met before too, but this is where we mistake. We should never share any personal details with anyone on the internet.
There are many ways to convey crimes on the internet. Hackers can even blackmail the culprit by using their data which can even force them to suicide. It may be a number for us but for hackers, it can be our whole information. We log in to so many sites which ask for our information and to access our contacts and media gallery but we should be aware to fill our information as it can leak our confidential information. Even the popular website like Facebook, LinkedIn is not safe for our data.
There are many ways to commit cybercrimes like phishing, bullying, installing spyware, Trojan horse, etc which can affect our computer and our personal information.
In a recent survey it has been  found that India ranked 2nd as the victim of cyber attacks and the main reason behind this is lack of knowledge, updates with people.
We can secure our data by following the correct measures like we should  never post images of our recent visits or live visits, we should use strong passwords and should never repeat them anywhere, we should never read or reply to spam messages, we should not share our any personal information especially our account details. While using computers we should always maintain proper disk cleanup, run antivirus software in the background and should never insert pen drives that may have viruses in them.
Our government have launched many awareness programs like Cyber Swachhta Kendra (Botnet Cleaning and Malware Analysis Center)  a new desktop and mobile security solution for cybersecurity in India, educating people  about types of cyber attacks and how to deal with them, including chapters on cybersecurity to aware the students, developing highly secured systems for government works.

Fit India Movement “A step towards healthy and wealthy India.”

Fit India Movement “A step towards healthy and wealthy India.”

Today in the  21st century we have become too busy to even eat, sleep and exercise properly. But what about the impacts of these on our health we cannot do any work if we are not well.
Mahatma Gandhi has truly said that it is our health which is our biggest wealth and not the pieces of paper. Health plays a major role in building our future. What if we know how to do work but because of our health, we cannot perform those work.
We must take care of our health because it is one of the most important things which can make us successful. The kind of lifestyle we are pursuing nowadays had made us lazy to perform physical works. As a consequence, our health and life expectancy has depleted.  Moreover today we are technologically advanced but physically weak. Today because of the pollution level has increased so much so as diseases.

To make people understand how precious our health is, our Prime Minister PM Narendra Modi on 29th august 2019 on the occasion of national sports day has launched the “Fit India Movement”. Its main aim is to encourage people to remain healthy and fit by including physical activities and sports in their daily lives.
PM Modi also requested all the schools and institutions to give their students live fitness classes and sports classes because students can only study well when they are physically and mentally fit. He urged that we should use stairs instead of escalators and try to at least walk ten thousand steps daily excluding the use of vehicles for short distances.
In fact there are many diseases that can be cured by doing simple meditation, exercises, yoga. Not only this, there are unlimited advantages of exercises in our body like it boosts our immunity, improves blood circulation rate, and makes us feel relax as well.
Earlier people were fit and their life expectancy was more than us because they know to do physical exercises but in contrast to this today we have become so lazy to even make proper food for us.
Today the rate of heart and diabetes patients have increased so much, heart attacks have become so common that every other person is suffering from some of these
illness. But its reason is not only environmental change but our carelessness towards
 our physical health.
It is not necessary for us to go to the gym and spend so much to do fitness exercises we can do them in our home too. But we should at least try to take initiative to practice physical exercises daily.
A nation can only grow when its people are free from diseases. Fit India Movement is a very good initiative taken by our prime minister and we must try to do physical exercises atlease1 hour a day and should encourage every person to do the same.

Importance of Net Neutrality.

Importance of Net Neutrality.

Today in the 21st-century internet have become an important and indispensable part of our life. The Internet offers us various platforms to show our talents, generate money through it, and entertain ourselves by just a single click.
Using internet we can communicate from anybody from any part of the world to any part of the world. People who cannot go away from their home can show their talents to the whole world without any hindrance and can earn money. Moreover, because of the internet, today from rich to poor everybody can be their own boss.
But, we are able to do all this because the internet provides us the space to do all this without any discrimination. But what when the internet will not be neutral for us.
Today it’s a big concern that if the net neutrality will not be there then what will happen to the users. Net neutrality is a term which means that the internet should be provided to everybody at the same speed, at the same price without any discrimination based on different sites. There are many countries like India which offers its citizen net neutrality but many which do not.
In today’s era net neutrality is very important, not only for big business but for the common public as well.
If there will be no net neutrality then any service provider can ban any site or slow down any site or fast any site. In case if one powerful and big company who have an asset can sign a contract with a particular network or net service provider to fast down his website and slow other’s website, then the user will not have any power to access other site and by default, the traffic will go to his site, but if the small websites which do not have so much of asset will get slow to people’s access the network traffic will automatically decrease from their website and hence they will not be able to earn money. Today WhatsApp, Instagram, twitter are common social media sites which are used frequently by users and hence  have a lot of traffic, but what if our net service provider will ask us to pay more for using these apps along with our data value pack.

In India we should be blessed that the internet is neutral for everyone as without net neutrality it can create a lot of hindrance for people. Moreover, if there was no net neutrality then people would not have options for searching from different sites, watching different aspects and reading different blogs. Imagine if any information is wrong on one site and people do not have the option to go through different sites, then it can create misconception in our mind and can lead us to know the wrong information.
Moreover, if the net will not be neutral for us then we will not be able to access any information freely through the internet. So, it’s important for the internet to be neutral in every aspect for the people.

THE ROLE OF TECHNOLOGY IN GLOBALIZATION.

THE ROLE OF TECHNOLOGY IN GLOBALIZATION.

Globalization is the connection of different parts of the worlds resulting in spreading of ideas, economy, business, and political activities.
Technology is defined as the scientific knowledge or equipment that is needed for a particular industry.
Earlier sharing of knowledge, ideas and business were bounded by cross borders, but today because of the emergence of the internet, countries are interdepending on each other and this has played a key role in globalization. Today we can get gadgets from every part of the world and equipment to make them from any part of the world.
Today because of technology nothing is far from us. We can get information about anyone to anything by just a single click. Technology helps the business to grow as they can promote it in every part of the world, companies can sell their clothes, accessories, technological appliances.
Today without going anywhere, we can get information about their public, traditions, customs, atmosphere which helps in the spreading of knowledge which automatically globalizes the country.
Earlier when people go to any new place they don’t know about that place much, which hinders them to adjust in that atmosphere, but today because of technology we can get complete information about that place. We can learn their language, traditions which help in globalizing different countries into one world.
With the spread of technology, we can influence others also by our customs, tradition and can connect with people like us around the world.
Today we are not far from any change happening in the world, be it technological, social, political this helps poor as well as rich countries to grow at a faster rate which helps in globalization.
Today a person living in his home can work for any company from anywhere and earn money which helps companies to hire workers and globalize their work. Technology also helps people to migrate to different countries easily. The trading system through online payments, e-wallets have accelerated the global trade to the next level. Globalization also provides peoples with new opportunities and technology has made this process easy for the common public.
Today internet and social media have provided people the platforms to show their talents internationally and hence, helping in globalization. It helps the common public to know about latest trends globally. We can make friends and talk through them from any part of the world. This helps countries to form friendly relations with each other.

Is Internet Limiting Creativity?

Is Internet Limiting Creativity?

Today we are living in the age of technology and knowledge. From children to adults all are using the internet in some or other ways, but is the internet really helping us or making us helpless for ourselves? Is the internet powering our knowledge or limiting our creativity?
Today in the 21st century everything is on the internet. We can get to know about anything to everything with just a single click. But today as the use of the internet is growing so is the misuse of it. Whether it’s about the students’ project or homework we can find everything on the internet very easily. This is helping students in some ways but also hindering their minds to grow creatively and be thoughtful.
Earlier when people meet each other they talk but today they all are busy chatting on the internet. Today people can talk for hours on the internet but not face-to-face even for a minute. Technology has some positive and negative impacts on us.
Today because we can find everything on the internet, we have stopped thinking about some other ways to do a task. However, it is not the case with everyone because there are still many things that are improving and inventing. Moreover, some believe that the internet and technology are helping us and some believe that they can be a threat to society.
Today we are so dependent on the internet that we are not giving ourselves the room to think. Games are important whether it be indoor or outdoor for children for good health but nowadays children stick to their Smartphone’s or computer’s screen and play games for an unlimited time. This obviously is hazardous for their health.

Researchers say, that it is important for us to dream about developing things because it gives us the power to regenerate things. Today all the academic syllabus and homework are easily available on the internet. However, some believe in implementing those and think creatively of their own to do differently while some just copy & paste.
Moreover, it is us who will decide that the internet will help us to enhance our creativity or make it dull. We can get a lot about anything, this helps us make things better by studying or seeing its different perspective.
Many people take the internet as a boon to enhance their knowledge creativity and many people just copy or do useless stuff on the internet. Like there are so many e-books which curious people’s read and they can read it without spending their money on it. The Internet provides students a unique platform to clear their doubts without being in hesitation to ask someone, also they can take lectures and graphical explanations to understand a topic more clearly everywhere and every time. In fact today many students are switching their tuitions to online tuitions as it saves their time and money. The Internet provides students a lot to explore, understand, experiment, and implement.
However there are still many people who are not using the internet how it should be. We can get every type of content on the internet, it depends on us what type of we want.
It has no doubt that the internet has helped us in a number of ways like it has opened so many job platforms for people. People are now able to show their talents living in their homes. Internet helps people to connect to the world digitally. Today no information is far from us. There are many people who take the internet as a creative source and apply their imagination skills to make it more interesting.
Moreover, “This is the age of Knowledge, take the advantage or let the advantage take you.”

Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word “YUGA” which means to join or unite. Yoga is an art of living that was started nearly six thousand years ago in India. Yoga is just not about doing meditation but stretching our whole body to maintain its physique, also it plays a great role in maintaining one's health. Yoga has served as a boon to cure many health-related problems, also it is great medicine for one's anxiety, and gives happiness and peacefulness to the mind.
Some belief that yoga was started  by Lord Shiva and some believe that it was started by Patanjali but nobody knows who exactly started this, but whom so ever have started this has not only helped his generation but its future generation also. Yoga can be performed by anybody of any age group. The most preferred time to perform yoga is early morning and on a daily basis routine because practicing yoga in the morning gives us positive energy and help to control our tensions and anxiety, making our mind cool to perform our whole day task.
Earlier yoga was an integral part of life but later as time passed people ignored its importance. But to promote yoga and to make people understand its importance our present Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi suggested United Nations General Assembly to declare June 21 as the “International Day of yoga” or world Yoga day in 2014 as this day is the longest day in the northern hemisphere and also had great significance all around the world and this was the first time that the United Nations General Assembly declared 21st June as International Yoga Day only within three months. People gathered all around the world to celebrate this day. In India, it is celebrated almost like a festival and it’s a proud moment for us that our art of yoga has been accepted all over the world.
In today’s era where life is full of unhealthy stuff, hustle, and hustle, yoga is a great way to keep our body fit and healthy and to resuscitate our body, mind and soul by doing exercises.
The first international yoga day was celebrated on June 21, 2015, and, this year is the fifth international day of yoga with the theme Climate Action which will be celebrated in United Nations with yoga gurus.
There are many benefits of yoga-like it gives our body strength, keep away from medicines also, it gives our body the correct posture and makes us more fit but less fatigue. There are many different parts in our body and by doing yoga we can relax them all.
Yoga helps us develop the inner soul. Today we all know as the technologies and our comfort is increasing, the risk of serious diseases is also increasing but yoga has the power to cure them all. There are many different asanas in yoga which can be very helpful for each and every problem of our body. Yoga is a type of exercise that not only makes us physically fit, mentally healthy but also spiritually strong and help us to develop our positive personality.
In today’s world everything needs money but yoga is a thing where we are spending nothing but gaining many things.
The government is trying to promote yoga so as we should because there are still many people who don’t know about this priceless medicine. In fact, not only our government but the governments worldwide are trying and had taken many initiatives to promote yoga, like free yoga classes are organized from time to time, lectures to let people know more about yoga, and involving yoga in education are some of the major steps to promote yoga and to influence more and more people to join it.
We can start yoga anytime because there is never too late to start something good like yoga.
The benefits of yoga are uncountable. Yoga provides us with the essence of calmness in our busy schedules. Our great epics and Vedas also tell us about the importance of yoga. And it is also said that the person who involves yoga in their daily schedule makes their schedule free from going to doctors.
The International Day of Yoga is a very important day to make people understand the importance of yoga in today’s world.  The UN International Day Of Yoga logo also symbolizes peace and harmony. The logo is etched on a white background showing two hands joining together to represent the union of individual consciousness with that of universal consciousness, aiming to symbolize a perfect harmony between mind, soul, and body. Below the human art, there are two pairs of brown and green leave representing the elements of earth and nature. The blue figure represents the element of water and the orange halo represents the elements of fire which is above all the energy. Behind the human figure, a picture of the globe can be seen which aim to represent solidarity and oneness.
Moreover, yoga gives us the strength to grow in our life, so, we should also try to grow it more and more.
